There are several funding organizations across the globe supporting projects directly related to animals and their needs. When it comes to animals in development cooperation projects, there is a huge gap between the needs and available resources, partly because these needs are not considered in the planning of the projects and therefore funds are not available or cannot be shifted. This will stay a huge problem in addressing and financing animals’ needs in development cooperation.
